Malfa (Messina Province) is 104 km from Messina, alt. 90 m, on the northern coast of the island of Salina (Aeolian Islands), area 8.89 sq km, pop. 875, post-code 98050, tel. 090. Economy: grapes, capers; tourism.

Malfa, on the three communes on Salina, is the one with the closest links with the land; here agriculture is widely practiced, unlike in the other area which have closer links with the sea. See Aeolian Islands.
