Basiluzzo (Messina Province) is an islet of volcanic origin about 2 sea miles from Panarea, one of the Aeolian Islands. Its coasts are high and the surface sloping. Remains of a Roman villa and prehistoric ceramic fragments have been found.
Access to Basiluzzo is by way of a picturesque landing stage.
Nearby are the Spinazzola reef and other reefs in the direction of Panarea.
