Caserta (Caserta Province) is a town of 76,968 inhabitants, and is the capital of Caserta Province. The bell city is known for its imposing Bourbon Royal Palace, known as the Versailles of Italy, which, along with the Royal Belvedere San Leucio and Aqueduct Carolino, is included since 1997 in the World Heritage Site of Unesco.
