Fondachelli-Fantina (Messina Province) is 87 km from Messina, alt. 604 m, in the southern Peloritani, in the Montagna Grande group of mountains, area 42.2 sq km, pop. 1,561, post-code 98050, tel 0941. Agricultural ecomomy.
The village developed from a number of hamlets in the territory of Novara di Sicilia: it achieved the status of an autonomous commune in 1950.
