Godrano (Palermo Province) is 45 km. from Palermo, alt. 698 m., on the northern slopes of Rocca Busambra, near the Ficuzza wood, area 38.9 sq. km., pop. over 1100, post-code 90030, tel. 091. Agricultural economy.

A rural village, previously called Codrano, it was a fief of Lancellotto Castello, of Antonio Favara and of the Colonna-Cesaros at the end of the 17th century.
