Librizzi (Messina Province) is 89 km from Messina, alt. 501 m, in the northern Nebrodi, on the north face of Monte Carannoli, area 23.3 sq km, pop. 2,150, post-code 98064, tel. 0941. Agricultural economy.
Founded in 1392 by Bartolomeo Alagona, in the vicinity of an ancient watchtower; after 1414 it belonged to the Bishop of Patti.
