Palazzo Adriano (Palermo Province) is 88 km. from Palermo, alt. 696 m., in the upper valley of the River Sosio, area 129.3 sq. km., pop. over 2700. Post-code is 90030, tel. 091. Economy: agriculture, cheese, wool.

Founded in the second half of the 15th century by Greek-Albanian(Arberesh) refugees whose language and traditions have been preserved by their descendants.

Of interest is the octagonal fountain (1600) in the Piazza Grande. The Palazzo Dava is now the Town Hall.
