Santa Ninfa (Trapani Province) is 50 km from Trapani, alt. 410 m, on the hilly slopes between the Rivers Belice and Modione, area 64 sq km, poip. 5,470, post-code 91029, tel. 0924. Agricultural economy.
Founded in 1605 by Luigi Arrias Giardina, the town was virtually destroyed by the earthquake in 1968 and rebuilt, partially on its original site and partially southwest of Monte Calvario, a little lower down.
